Brett and his family arrived at CCCH in 2018. His role at CCCH he oversees the staff, church operations and the budget. His undergraduate degree is in finance from San Diego State University, and his seminary degree is in theology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. His pursuit is to become an excellent communicator and a fantastic leader. His passion is to see local churches and individuals living out their Christian faith in an authentic fashion, and to look for creative methods of reaching people with the life-altering message that Jesus offers. Having grown up in San Diego, he is a suffering fan of the San Diego Padres, enjoys fish tacos and In-N- Out Burgers. He and his wife Sarah are blessed with a son and daughter.
Missy Buche has been Children’s Minister at CCCH since 2004 and oversees all programming and activities for children birth - 4th grade. She has a passion for helping kids learn that God created them on purpose for a purpose and that He has big plans for their lives. She is a die-hard Cubs fan, (her dog’s name is Wrigley), a lover of classic radio shows and spending time with her 7 nephews and 3 nieces, who call her Mimi, is her greatest joy. She is a graduate of Lincoln Christian University with a B.A. in Christian Education in Missions.
Amado was born in Mexico and came to the U.S. as a child (ask him about how he became a U.S. citizen!). He attended Moody Bible Institute, and has worked with abandoned children and as a pastor. His role at CCCH will be to provide leadership to our growing pastoral care deacon team and its related ministries including post-worship-service-prayer, Feed the Need meals ministry, hospital visitation, and funeral service planning. Amado is married to Joy, and they have one daughter.
Kyle began his work with Junior High and High School Students at CCCH in July of 2017. He has been in youth ministry for over 10 years as a volunteer and youth pastor. He graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a B.A. in Biblical Studies and from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary with a M.Div. in Pastoral Ministries. Kyle wants to introduce students to Jesus so that every student feels known, cared for, and loved. He enjoys being active outdoors and playing any and all types of sports. He's also a big Chicago Bulls and New York Yankees fan! He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Maria, since 2011 and they have two amazing kids.
Andrew has been part of the CCCH family his entire life, and has spent the last few years volunteering in our student ministry before being hired part time in 2016 to work with high school students. He is a graduate of Western Illinois University and the Police Academy, and has additional experience in security. Andrew and his wife, Melanie are parents to a beautiful daughter.
